This is a 1966 Martin D-28 with Brazilian rosewood back & sides, a spruce top, mahogany neck and an ebony bridge & fretboard. It retains its original finish, Grover Rotomatic tuners and tortoise pickguard. There are a couple of repaired cracks including the typical "B String crack" running from outer rosette ring to the bridge. These cracks were expertly repaired by Ronnie Griffin and should pose no further issue. It has some pick wear around the soundhole and a few dings that provide character. The bridge on this guitar is original but has been slightly shaved to allow for a lower saddle. Bracing is original with no sign of anything having been loose or reglued. This is a great sounding Brazilian D-28 that's easy to play and looks spectacular. Always interested in trades for vintage Martin or Gibson acoustics.
